A special liquid resistance with the functions of voltage division and current limiting during starting is connected in series to the stator circuit of the motor. During the starting process, the resistance value of the liquid resistance automatically changes steplessly from large to small within the preset time. When the resistance value approaches zero, the liquid resistance is automatically cut off, and the motor is put into operation.
